You retain ownership of any content you provide (“User Content”). By submitting content to FWL, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our services.

3.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your User Content. FewWantLeads reserves the right to remove or refuse content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by FewWantLeads — including strategies, frameworks, website content, designs, videos, trademarks, logos, and proprietary methods — are owned by FewWantLeads or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4.1 Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any FWL materials without prior written consent. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or misusing proprietary systems is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination

FewWantLeads reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful conduct.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimers

FWL provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for strong results, we do not guarantee specific revenue, views, leads, or business outcomes, as results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
